LISBON, PORTUGAL

In October 2011, the choirs went to Lisbon in Portugal.  As well as looking around Lisbon, we visited Evora; Sintra, Cabo da Roca, & Cascais; and Obidos, Batalha & Fatima.  We sang in Santo Antonio Church in Lisbon, Evora Cathedral, Santa Maria Church in Obidos and at St George’s English Church in Lisbon for their morning service.  We liked Batalha Abbey so much, we asked for and received permission to sing there as well!
